I am a guitarist and composer. Over the course of my career, I have played in a number of Montreal-area bands featuring a broad range of influences from traditional rock and blues to jazz fusion of the early ‘70s.

I completed several Master Certificates from Berklee College of Music (Berklee Online), including arranging, music production & orchestration, and released my first CD of original compositions, Expresso Lane, in 2017.

There he taught jazz guitar, jazz arranging, jazz composition as well as other jazz related courses. He has worked over the years as a jazz musician playing jazz clubs, concerts and studio sessions. Michael has played on numerous recordings including 3 of his own: "It's Autumn," "Little Voices" and "Good News."

Michael has also composed and arranged music for several films including: "The Audrey Hepburn Story," "Varian's War" and "P. T. Barnum (TV movie)."

The County Shed is a small music production studio located in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. My wife Helene and I moved to the County in the summer of 2017 from Montreal. Helene and I both grew up in Montreal so moving to rural Ontario was going to be a change. It was, and we love it!

Shortly after moving in we got to work on building the studio. The property that we purchased had two buildings, a bungalow and a workshop. The workshop was to be the studio.
